Cancellation Policy
All of us at L Studio Lash & Skin Care Boutique are committed to providing each of our clients with exceptional care and service.
When a client cancels or does not show for their appointment without giving ample notice, they prevent another client from being seen and this directly impacts our business.
No show, changed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% charge of the service(s) missed will be charged automatically to the credit card on file. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes are considered no show. We be unable to process the charge, an invoice will be sent and no future appointments honored until balance is paid.
Appointments are confirmed by phone, voice mail, text and/or email. Please keep us updated with best ways to reach you to confirm your appointments.

Lash Extension Pledge
We want to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with your lash extensions.
If the lashes we apply for you are not to your liking, we will touch them up for you for FREE.
Free touch ups will only be honored if:
Your initial set was done at L Studio.
You contact us within three days (72 hours) to describe any issue with your lashes and come in for your touchup within one week.
L Studio aftercare was purchased and used properly.
No mascara, strip or cluster lashes were applied to your extensions.
Only oil-free, lash safe products were used in your lash area.
You followed any other instructions given by your lash artist.
We understand lash extensions are an investment and we take pride in our work!
Studio Etiquette
Our studio was designed as a safe space for clients to come and relax. We value your comfort and safety, as well as all of our employees. With that in mind , we reserve the right to refuse or turn away a service and/or person(s) whose behavior does not align with our guidelines.
